Explosive Ammo is an epic gadget. When activated, the Sniper gets 1 rifle round that deals high damage with an area of effect (AOE). This explosion can knock down and stun Thieves, making them easy targets for the Sniper. However, using this Gadget comes at a cost of increased recoil, and upgrades to it increase the recoil even more.
